Please update to Firefox 21 Update Firefox to the latest release

You most likely need to install Silverlight (Click the Silverlight Plugin) http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/

That did the trick. Granddaughter happy, now can watch Legally Blonds and I can go on do my work!
