Why won't Firefox download onto my laptop?

After I run the Firefox download a dialogue box comes up asking me to choose either 'administrator' or the PC with my name. After I click on PC-Moira, the box goes away, and that's it. Nothing else happens. I would love to use Firefox and get rid of Explorer and Google Chrome, but until I can download it, I'm stuck. Hope you can help. Moira McLaughlin

sorry, i just tried again and when i click on ok for administrator, i get a box that says "login failure: user account restriction". When I click on PC-Moira, the box disappears and nothing else ever happens. However, I was able to download Firefox onto my small Acer computer.
