(A) In Firefox - Left Side Pop-Up Message:

"An autoscript error has occurred"


(B) In MSWord (while-off line) - Right Side Pop-up Message:

"Beware danger ... McAfee ... Your Firewall Isn't On ..."


1) Keep on getting message "A" while working online, then computer froze ... 2) Turned-off computer with button manually as it frozen up 3) After reboot, could not get online, and got pop-up message on rights side "B" while working in MSWord


Trouble-shoot diagnosis: "You DNS registry is not connecting"


Please advise ...

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
