Sorry you are having problems.

Any idea what change may be related to this problem?

  • did video work previously ?
  • do you get any error messages, what exactly do you see ?
  • presumably you also have Internet Explorer, or and videos work on that ?

Ensure all your RealPlayer related software is fully up-to-date, because some recent versions of that conflicted with FlashPlayer 11.3 and later but that problem should have been resolved in the most recent versions of RealPlayer.

  • please state exactly what Realplayer software is in use, including the version numbers

It is certainly worth as a test turning off hardware acceleration:

Some users have been needing to disable FlashPlayer's protected mode, but lets see what your replies are before considering going down that route.
