I like to have my Startpage opened automatically when creating a new tab

A new tab opens with an empty page. Like to have my startpage there. Cannot find this option. Must be possible because I have seen it after installing some software that "hacked" my new tab

Thanks for your reply.

I had found it already and have used it. I also found the possibility to ctrl-click the Home-button. Works fine too.
