Ok, ever since I downloaded firefox 4 my homepage (google/ig) is not loading correctly. None of the page content is showing up, and I really mean none of it. I reloaded a couple times and even the page theme has stopped loading. I'm totally lost with this one.

Additionally, my other computer is where this started. I just bought a new one and it is doing it too. It has something to do with ff4 because all other pages I navigate to load properly.

2 oldphoneguy Thanks! It is OK now) Looks like Avast has a problem with their add-on, not Mozilla)

I disabled Avast Webrep but that did not do any good. My iGoogle home page still remains blank. I must say, this is the worst version of Firefox I've ever used and I've been using it for several years, including on my Mac when I had one. I will be reluctant to upgrade to the next version because of this. Even Internet Explorer works better than Firefox and I have always considered IE to be the worst browser on the market.

If you are using Adblockplus: >drop down menu >Reort issue on this page >bullet 'Blocking too much' and follow the next steps.

Disabling Avast Webrep didn't work for me. I see the contents panel on the left but nothing opens up in the right hand display area. It all worked with Firefox 3 series. Igoogle displays correct using Chrome and other browsers.

Hey keveen,

This is probably corrupt cache. Please clear all cache and reload the page.

Thanks! handsomeorlandoman

Ok, I'm no technogeek type but I'm thinking this may be a FF4 issue really. I see all the replys about disabling webrep not working, and cache fixes maybe helping, but when you come right down to it this only happen to all of us when downloading the FF$ upgrade. Mozilla might need to go back and check the programming to find out what happened. All this "maybe this maybe that" doesn't seem to be correcting every one's problems.

btw, Webrep disabling did work for me, but twice now it has happened again, more randomly than specific. Running Advance System Care, then restarting brought IG back fine, so it could be temporary files problem too...
