on the top line in firefoxyou have HELP once you click on the help icon the listing has a line item downloading 3.6-1.5 one sees a small round circle going round and round the sign is one when the computer is downloading

Remove the files in the updates and updates\0 folder.
You may need to delete active-update.xml and updates.xml as well if present.
