Does firefox keep a log of blocked cookies

When I cannot open a web page it is usually because I have blocked a cookie. I want to be able to look at the most recently blocked cookie so I don't have to clear everything, just the problem blocked cookie.

You can see the permissions for the domain in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions
