i am runningWindows 7 64-bit version and recently installed Firefox for beta version seemed to work okay first found when using Facebook on Farmville if I tried to send a gift images showed what appeared to be an HTML file I tried running the install updates the Flash player which make no difference therefore I uninstalled the beta version and then reinstalled the 3.6 version. That has not gone as well as expected at installing it my add-ons longer work in every trying go to the add-ons page the open window freezes again have to control ALT and delete to close the add-on window I can no longer use speed dial cannot disable it or enable it and it does not appear to be running the chrome window does not come up and fear I may have lost all my passwords and settings etc hopefully you will be able to help me with this matter.
