Why is RoboForm unable to fill in forms. It works with IE

RoboForm evidently does not get the required info back from the site that I'm trying to login into. I get a message saying there are no entries to be made. There is no problem when IE (Internet Explorer) is the browser. I thought I'd like to switch to Firefox but I use RoboForm for almost every login I do.

Why are you using a two year old version of Firefox?
