How do I eliminate Joobars toolbar?

more options

I don't know where this toolbar came from and I don't want it. It has a bunch of football site links and other stuff that must have been loaded when I tried to logon to a live streaming football site without my knowledge of what was being added. It just takes space and I'm not going to use any of the links.

Toolbars are usually installed as extensions. See this KB article.
