After new update 3.6.10 my network at work is blocking pages

I just updated my Firefox to 3.6.10 and now all the sites like Pandora, Last.fm, Hulu, youtube are being blocked by my network admin. Before only IE and Chrome was blocked now Firefox joined the group. I can't download any .EXE files otherwise i could downgrade, any ideas?

I also updated last night, and now ALL ACCESS to the internet is blocked. At first, a notice appeared to the effect that "certain plug-ins" or accessories were incompatible. Then, within minutes, it would no longer even access the web. While displaying the message "Logging on", the URL window at the bottom showed "www.click.w3.net", or something similar to that, as though that was where it was routing through.

Can I UNINSTALL the update, and go back to where I had access???? THanks!
