Firefox has started crashing repeatedly; I suspect Safe Eyes, the net filter I installed a few weeks before this started.

There's nothing Firefox can do (presently) about a buggy LSP filter such as the one that is crashing you, ICF.dll. Presumably this is the "Safe Eyes" you mentioned. This is a third-party DLL and does not ship with Firefox.

You can contact the vendor of this DLL or uninstall it.

Future versions of Firefox will hopefully disable these crashy LSPs. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=523410
