Reset user-agent Something you installed has changed your user-agent.

See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Agent

Reset general user-agent -type about:config in the URL/address bar and press the Enter key -if you see the warning, accept it (promise to be careful) -Filter = general.useragent.extra.firefox -the item will be bold and show user set -right-click that preference and select Reset -restart Firefox (File > Restart Firefox)

After making the above change and restarting Firefox, on the page you are trying to access, scroll down and click on "Test your browser". The results page will list other requirements and whether you have everything installed that you may need.

Can't see the Menu Bar (File, Edit, View, History...Help)? Hold down the key ( key in OSX) and press the following letters in this exact order: V T M The Menu Bar should now be displayed permanently, unless you turn it off again (View > Toolbars). Turning the Menu Bar on and off is a new feature in version 3.6. See: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Menu+bar+is+missing

See other Toolbars under View > Toolbars. Clicking on one of them will place a check mark (display) or remove the check mark (not displayed).

To display the Status Bar, View, then click Status bar to place a check mark (display) or remove the check mark (not displayed).
