google toolbar keeps disappearing. what can i do?

the google toolbar will not stay. It doesn't even appear in the list of available toolbars even though it is downloaded.

The Google Toolbar disappeared for about 2 days and suddenly came back....without doing anything special.

same problem...and i have to remove it and install again and it happens every time after i turn on the computer. i have to repeat this loop forever...

Same issue -- you have to sign out of Google than sign back in and buttons are only temporary before they disappear again.

This same thing was happening to me. Here's what worked for me - there have been some issues with Google Desktop on some instances, so right after downloading it again I went to the 'Adjust Google Toolbar options', selected 'Buttons' then unchecked all the Google Desktop buttons from the list. For some reason this worked! Ever since this was done, my toolbar has stayed.

Not sure if this will work for anyone else, but just letting you all know.
