Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <[email protected]>... Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [139.91.160.195].

Please check the message recipient "[email protected]" and try again.

That wording in error message usually means that the sending email id and the email id in SMTP server are not the same. That's the first place to look.
