I am trying desperately to avoid going back to windows, but you are not making it easy!!!!! If i may say so, you run this like it was a private club and i am not in it! Ticket 127190--how do i find it? How do i see my previous requests? I could use some compassion here!!!! Bring on the kindness....b3 Thank you for reaching out to us. We’ve received your support request and opened a ticket (127190). We are processing your request.

We appreciate our subscribers and will make every effort to get back to you within 2 business days. I would like to think that my problems are more due to my own stupidity than TB, either way, i still need help!!!!

This forum does not issue tickets, so I have no idea where you received this message. If you are experiencing difficulties with Thunderbird, please post information about it. Thank you.

This is a support form for a variety of products as there is no ticket system as stated.

After discussing with kiki and others last week, we believe that ticket 127190 is in the zendesk customer support ticketing system, not in SUMO

Hey Bob,

Sorry about this confusion! This support forum is different from the support ticket that you mentioned above. I've forward this to our team so they can follow up with you.

Hi Bob, I'm with the support team that manage the support ticket you mentioned. I can paste your request from that support ticket here if that's helpful.

Then enable an existing calendar or add a new one to create and edit events Search' Sorry! 0 results found for ‘enable an existing calendar or add a new one to create and edit events’ for ‘Mozilla Account’ Search yield nothing. please start with a crayola or even finger paint with me. Let me know if this is what you were looking for, or if there was something else I can help with. Thanks!

JC Support: Let me know if this is what you were looking for, or if there was something else I can help with. Thanks! I have no idea of what your trying to post. I do not question your ability to help me. Unfortunately, for me i cannot recreate the problem to do a copy and paste to this. I suppose, i will have to leave this question open until i can see it again. I just did a test appt in the calendar and it worked just fine. Sorry.....b³ i may be linux 21.3 by now.

would you mind explaining this to me: It might be fruitful to continue in the posting at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1434815 where this issue begins.

as you can tell without a doubt, i am very new to TB and i have no idea what a zendesk customer support ticketing system is vs not in SUMO. Also for the record, I played football at Baylor University for 4 years. I am very coachable!!!! But for now, i am the player and not the coach!!!!...b³

To clarify those terms: The Zendesk ticketing system is for fee-paid products, such as Mozilla VPN. 'SUMO' is a shorthand reference to this free forum for Thunderbird support, which does not use tickets.

Subscription products being Mozilla VPN, Firefox Relay, MDN Plus, Hubs so you must have used one of these products contact forms to get a support ticket.

SUMO is short for Support.Mozilla.Org
