I have TB 115.4.2 running in Windows 11 Pro (ver 22621). Two accounts are created - Gmail and another IMAP account. Attachment in mail sent to Gmail account works OK but the other account's mail attachment don't work. If a click at a PDF attachment nothing happens and all attachments that are save have size 0. This cause a lot of problem since I receive attachments every day for that account. Now I have to forward these mails to Gmail account where I can manage them. What could be the problem ... I have been using TB for many years without problems. I think this problem occured after som Windows or TB updates. I run TB also in Linux at another computer with similar accounts and it work OK. Appreciate any help.

Is the problem account on Windows also running properly on Linux, or are the Linux accounts 'similar' but not identical?

The Linux account is similar ... it is the same domain but another prefix.

Windows account: [email protected] Linux account: [email protected]

Should I create Windows account ([email protected]) in Linux and test ...

No, as long as the domain is the same, I don't think it's related to the domain's server. When you forward to the gmail account, are you receiving it in the TB gmail or webmail gmail? If the attachment opens properly in the gmail TB, it seems it's not a case of antivirus corrupting the file.

You could try Repair Folder from the folder's context menu, but I'd be surprised if that fixed it.

I receive it in the TB gmail and it opens properly. FYI ... this has been working for years but became an issue some times ago after Windows or TB updates. Don't know how to proceed ... totally lost.
