That address looks very suspicious. I suggest NOT using that link and instead using the actual B of A site. And if you put your login into an unknown site, it's an emergency: CALL THE BANK IMMEDIATELY and make sure your account is secure.

Some sites will reject VPN users because they want to know where their users are actually connecting from. You can test that, too.
