THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF FIREFOX'S "HELP" PAGES CONSTANTLY REDIRECTING ME TO YET ANOTHER PAGE.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE OR REASON FOR MOZILLA'S FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACTUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM AN EMPLOYEE.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR FORCING PEOPLE TO USE SOME KIND OF RIDICULOUS FORUM TO ASK QUESTIONS FROM OTHER USERS INSTEAD OF AN ACTUAL EMPLOYEE.
WHERE IS THE HELP AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT???? WHERE IS THE SUPPOSED FEEDBACK PAGE??? HOW DOES A PERSON ACTUALLY CONTACT FIREFOX???? WHAT'S THE PHONE NUMBER FOR MOZILLA OR FIREFOX??? THIS WEBSITE AND "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Hi, Mozilla does not provide telephone support. Help for Firefox and other Mozilla products is done on the support forums, mainly by volunteers, like me, rather than Mozilla employees.
See Mozilla Support rules and guidelines. Since you don't want to use the support forum to ask for help with Firefox but just want to submit feedback about Mozilla Support, I'll mark this question as "off-topic" and close it.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, go to the Firefox menu , select Help and then select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

Mozilla is the company that makes the Firefox web browsers so you cannot contact Firefox.
We are users here as the Firefox web browsers (for Windows, macOS, and Linux and mobile versions for iOS and Android) are 100% free to download, install and use (even to build from source) as you did not pay for to use it (like a customer would).
It would be far too costly to provide the call centres that would be required to do one on one support by phone, chat or email for free. Even if they only did it for US/Canada market and only for (desktop) Firefox and not include their other products.
Enterprise users depending on case of browser may get one on one support however they have to pay for it. If you ever got one on on support for a application (say a antivirus or such) then it was likely because you paid for the app and well the direct customer support.
