I use to love FF
The last bunch of updates FF has only gotten worse. There are so many websites I use to be able to access and now they only function partially or lad weirdly that I am being forced to another browser. So sad. Why do they mess with something that worked?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

I clean out the cache and cookies all the time. I have used FF for many many years, I am not technically savvy and I should not have to do stuff I am not familiar with is my point. I am scared I will ruin something. I will look at your links the next time I run into a problem. Sometimes it is something I am logged into that is of a personal nature like medical so I will when it is just a plain website. Thanks for you input
no I did not as there are no new addons just the crappy ff updates. what I have to do then I will just change browsers

they load with arrows or jumbled type. I can't access chats. I have to go to an another browser and I am not savvy with this stuff and very hesitant to change anything and I do not think I should. FF was great for years but the last few updates some websites are fine and others not. This stuff overwhelms me
why is it so complicated just to send a reply. I figured out how to attache a screen shot from another site to give you an idea
