I cannot send my emails nor save to draft on Outlook. I always could before but lately I cannot. I've gone the Outlook support route and they can't do any more
The last couple of months I have not been able to use my Outlook and send emails or save drafts. I have gone to outlook support but since it still works with Chrome and IE they say its firefox's issue and have no other help for me. I've cleared cache and history. extensions etc.. So I am coming to you now. I do have a VPN but outlook still won't work with it not on. So I am at a loss as to what to do. I don't like chrome nor IE and I've always had firefox and I want to continue that. I was still able to send emails when I first got the VPN so Im not sure what it is except very, very annoying. The same is for my laptop and that does not have the VPN.

You get the same error messages in a new profile?
If you use Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, ESET or Kaspersky, could you try removing them as "man in the middle" of your browsing between Firefox and websites? This article lists the general steps: How to troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites.

Well hallelujah!!!! I sent 2 emails! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I don't know if Firefox pays you if they don't they should if they do it should be more!
I hope it continues to send... I'll keep this open until tomorrow to make sure. Again thank you jscher2000 you da man!
Have you tried IE as the outlook webmail? I know from out IT department they told use to use IE for Webmail outlook because of it's integration with IE.
I never liked IE and always used Firefox and the avast was the problem it seemed as I was able to email all evening. I held on just to make sure. Thank you everyone for all of your input. This was a doozy!
Hi ardenfan:
1. It would be super great if you name names i.e. which anti-virus or 3rd party program(s) and what versions of these program(s) did you have to disable to make outlook work? was it avast/avg, kaspersky, norton, etc? and what version of these programs?
2. it would be even super super greater :-) if you filed a support request with the anti-virus and 3rd party software vendors to fix their bugs!
Cheers!
