All my accounts save one has appropriate incoming and outgoing information but one. How do I correct this problem?

more options

I have checked on Thunderbird email accounts setting to make sure all accounts register the same incoming and outgoing information, yet when I check on the troubleshooting page, all of my accounts list the correct information save the one I regularly use. I can download e mails on that account, but I cannot get it to send e mails from that account. How do I get what is entered on the accounts page to show up on the troubleshooting page which lists the incoming and outgoing information? Because these spaces are blank on this page, somehow what is on the account page is not being registered and thus does not show up on the troubleshooting mail and news accounts page section.

I found the list of accounts and opened to find that the port was not the same as the other accounts. I edited the account and it now works. Thank you.

I suspect you haven't yet found the outgoing settings. Right down at the end of the list of accounts in the accounts settings pane. It says "Outgoing Server (SMTP)".
