All day long, I have been trying to access Mozilla Support. It would not accept my Username, Password or both. When I told it I had forgotten my Password, it sent me to a page where it had me enter an email address. When I did, it said it had sent a reset password link to that email. When I accessed the email, there was no reset password link for Mozilla Support. I don't save passwords in Mozilla so, there is no reason to look there. This problem is a recent change for me. A couple of days ago, I had no problems accessing Support. Seems to me that somebody "fixed what wasn't broken". I hope that an additional change will come along and give me my access back. Oddly enough, the Login and Password that worked in "Safe Mode" is a pair that I haven't used in over 5 years. I believe they are the ones I first used when accessing Support. Isn't that strange? Bye for now. Hope to hear from y'all soon. By the way, my preferred email address is: [email protected] .

Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. (Firefox 57 and above) Click the Library button 57 library icon and choose History.
(Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose History in older Firefox versions.)
  2. In the History menu, choose "Clear Recent History...".
  3. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  4. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  5. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  6. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.
