Cannot reinstall mail account in Thunderbird - "Configuration could not be verified"

I have 3 separate email accounts that I have used with Thunderbird for the past year. Suddenly today one of them stopped working. After trying several times to get mail, I deleted that account and tried to reinstall. Unfortunately I am now getting the error message "Configuration could not be verified - is the username or password wrong?"

I have checked the info I inputted and it is correct. I went to webmail for my ISP and logged in with the same info, no problem.

I also checked the configuration of my other two email accounts, and made sure it was all the same.

I double checked the info from my ISP (ATT - Bellsouth) and it is what I see in the manual configuration.

I just keep repeatedly getting this same error. I have reached the limit of what I know to do and would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you!!

RESOLVED - Bellsouth/AT&T mail is powered by Yahoo. I went to the Yahoo site and logged in with my email info. I had signed up some time ago for a junk mail stopping service by Unroll on this account. I deleted it and voila! Was then able to add the account back in.

RESOLVED - Bellsouth/AT&T mail is powered by Yahoo. I went to the Yahoo site and logged in with my email info. I had signed up some time ago for a junk mail stopping service by Unroll on this account. I deleted it and voila! Was then able to add the account back in.
