Well.... Please update your ATI Radeon HD 4200 video card drivers as they are very old drivers Date: 4-29-2013. Old drivers cause issues as do corrupted ones. Update from here off link in page middle : https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Driver-Support-for-AMD-Radeon%E2%84%A2-HD-4000,-HD-3000,-HD-2000-and-older-Series.aspx

I would think that with the age of the above drivers might want to search for your other drivers that can be updated, Audio, Motherboard, network card etc..

Please make sure Win 7 is updated and all security patches have been installed.

Try to increase the size of the Windows page file since there appears not much memory available and the memory is heavily fragmented (a 64 KB allocation fails and only 148 MB virtual memory).
