How do I make google the default search engine for Thunderbird. Stated another way, how do I remove Bing, etc and install google?

Please send me the direct link. The links on YOUR website do not go to "Google search for Thunderbird" Do you think we are stupid?

Also, if it is impossible to remove Bing, and have ONLY google as default, please just say, so that I will not waist any more of your time.

Thank You

A quick search turned up a few suggestions in this AskUbuntu.com thread (even if it's Ubuntu, not Windows).

Please review the information there, if you achieve what you wanted it's always appreciated for you to come back here and indicate how/what you did and mark my reply as a solution - or provide more details so someone can keep helping you.
