I can not receive mail, suddenly, error message "server responded account inactive", but I can send, and I can receive web-based mail, and configuration is good
One of my two Thunderbird e-mail accounts suddenly stopped receiving messages, with the error message that "server responded account inactive". However, I am able to access that account with the providers web-based system and receive mail there. I am also able to receive mail for that account on another e-mail client on my computer, and on my phone as well. I have confirmed the configuration settings to be correct in Thunderbird. I restored from my back up to prior to failure, but that did not help. Am using TB 52.2.1 on a Mac 10.10.5.
