There is one web site I can't access with Firefox, but I can with Chrome. Both browsers are set to automatically detect proxy settings.

I receive the message "Access Forbidden!", which their web administrator said is a 403 message. I have also tried clearing cache and cookies in Firefox, but still get the error.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here:

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version: 26.0.0.131

The web site is for my local library. The next thing it would show is the main screen that would let me log in.

Not sure what you mean by the name, it's the public library in Grapevine, Texas, accessed via the link in my previous reply.

I get this error message es well.

It is likely that the website has been taken off line to do some maintenance. You will have to wait until the website is back online.

It may have to do with proxy settings. I can't get to the site with either Firefox or Chrome. IE is the only thing that works.
