If you delete in error you should be able to immediately retrieve the email : 'Edit' > 'Undo delete message' or select the 'Deleted'/'Trash' folder to see list of deleted emails. Right click on email and choose 'Move to' and select folder or use drag and drop to move email to a different folder.
