export bookmarks to new computer
My computer is on its last leg of life and I don't know if or when it's going to die completely. The thing is I have several hundred bookmarks saved and a lot of customization on firefox that I really like. If I have to start over from scratch there's no way I'm going to remember everything I have have set up. Does mozilla keep a backup of our profiles on their servers? Is there anyway I can quickly save everything I have set up here, so that I can just log into my mozilla account and have it all set up just the way I left it? Or is the profile stored on my computer so that when I lose the computer I also lose all the bookmarks.
What ever the solution is, I need it fast. I thought I lost my computer this morning. I already backed up my documents and everything else I need saved. I just really want to keep firefox the way I have it, and where my computer is now it's just not worth being fixed. I have it fixed several times over the years and at this point I'd rather just buy a new computer. Anything I can do to keep firefox would be amazing.

If you want to copy bookmarks to another machine, you can try using Sync: How do I set up Sync on my computer?
Or, plug a USB flash drive into your old machine, then in Firefox, open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Export Bookmarks to HTML. Or > Backup, but note that Backup will overwrite any existing bookmarks when you restore them. Now save to the flash drive.
You can now plug the flash drive into your new machine and open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Import Bookmarks from HTML. Or > Restore (from Backup), and navigate to the flash drive. More: Import data from another browser.
If you want to copy ALL your data, see Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles

You can backup files like these from the current Firefox profile folder.
- bookmarks and history: places.sqlite
- bookmark backups: JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder
- SQLite files like cookies.sqlite (cookies) and formhistory.sqlite (saved form data)
- logins.json and key3.db (decryption key) for Passwords saved in the Password Manager
- cert8.db and possibly cert_override.txt for (intermediate) certificates stored in the Certificate Manager
- persdict.dat for words you added to the spelling checker dictionary
- permissions.sqlite for Permissions and possibly content-prefs.sqlite for other Site Preferences
- sessionstore.js for open tabs and pinned tabs and tab groups
