Unable to send/receive email
Whenever I click the "get messages" button on Thunderbird, it comes back with this message:
"Sending of password for user [email protected] did not succeed. Mail server mail.twc.com responded: invalid user name or password."
After this it asks me to type in a new password. I know the password is correct, and I can get to my email using the webmail site, as well as on my tablet. It hasn't received since Jan 11, even tough I still get new messages on my tablet
Any ideas on how to fix this? Is anyone else having this problem?

I just tried that and I got the same message
You tried what? Please be specific. The article lists several steps to try.
tried the second option, "Did your ability to receive mail suddenly stop? Was it working before?" because that is the most accurate, and it did nothing. I got the same error message as I did before about invalid username or password.
