Please re-read what philipp told you on 11/19/15 in your first thread. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1095029#answer-808254

It has been over 3 months since you got this response from Pogo support.

11-20-2015 12:02 PM @rebels066 The header will be removed from Pogo.com once it has been officially confirmed that ll issues are resolved and this may take some time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! Thank you, The Answers HQ Team

Why don't you ask them how long it takes them to confirm a customer support issue such as that. Or maybe they haven't resolved their issue with Java yet ...

Bottom line: It's not up to Firefox support to act as an intermediary between a website and users of that website. You are their 'customer' or client, not Mozilla.

And as volunteer support contributor, I'm not going to step in and contact Pogo support on your behalf - I have already wasted too much of my life reading all the user complaints posted here over the last 8 years about compatibility issues with the Pogo.com website and / or their online games. That website is like a "dog that won't hunt", IMO; don't expect that old dog to learn how to hunt after so many years, you love it as a pet or you give it away. IOW, use what works and ignore what doesn't work.
