When I click send link and send it the recipients are unable to click on it and have it open. Whats wrong?

I am using firefox 42.0. The letter is sent using Gmail in Outlook. It worked ok till recently when people started telling me that links I was sending would not open for them. They also note that the links are not underlined like before . I also noticed when links were put in mail there was no underline. what should I do

First, do not send links on a "text only" message. Second, when you are creating the mail, go to the end of each link, and press <Enter>. Then the message knows it's a link.
