When watching a video on a web page, I get closed captioning but don't hear the voices - how do I stop captioning and hear the voices?

When I click to view a video on a web page, I hear the music on the video but not the voices. Instead I get closed captioning of what is said. I want to hear it instead.

Ahh. Load the page. Let the clip start. Move the mouse to the bottom right of the video and press the "Closed Caption" button.
