Thunderbird has gotten sluggish recently when I'm typing emails...
TB has become extremely sluggish when I'm typing an email.
I've tried compacting all the inboxes, though even inboxes with no emails in them are slow.
All email is IMAP, but no messages are stored on the server.
I also tried turning off the global indexer and other suggestions I researched but none seemed to fix the delayed TB response to typing.
I'm using a Mac with TB 38.0.1.
Look forward to any suggestions.
Thanks,
- m

Ha, well I don't have windows, but it's the same program on the Mac.
In any case, the problem actually "self-healed". After several hours of sluggish typing responsiveness, TB is now back to normal.
Very strange, but I'm happy!
