Google Chrome & Safari have provided APIs to get the active URL via scripting bridge, but to my knowledge FireFox does not support it. Is this on the roadmap?

Google Chrome & Safari have provided APIs to get the active URL via scripting bridge, but same is not true with FireFox. FireFox does support scripting bridge, but APIs pertaining to active URL are not yet supported. Can you pl let me know if this is on your roadmap and if so when is it likely to be available?

You may also be able to find this functionality in a extension by searching in addons.mozilla.org or switching to the window and sending alt+d -> ctrl+c.. <reference Dagger>
