I have Thunderbird configured to not mark emails from my address book as spam. Yet it continue to do so. It is to the point that I can't trust Thunderbird. Everyday I have several email go to spam that shouldn't. I mark them as not junk, it doesn't help. I put the address in my address book, it doesn't help. How do I fix this.

re: I have Thunderbird configured to not mark emails from my address book as spam.

I presume you mean 'junk' and in Acount Settings > Junk Settings, you enabled the adaptive junkmail controls for the account and then selected various address books as a 'whitelist' - these selected address books contain email addresses that are to be excluded from junk. see first image below.

Can you confirm something? In the headers of these emails - do they contain text in perhaps the Subject that actually uses the word 'Spam' or eg: Norton AntiSpam' ?

Is this a Pop or IMAP mail account?
