I am running Thunderbird 31.4.0

Yesterday, Thunderbird started asking me for my AOL password every 15 minutes or so. I know that the password is good because I can login into www.aol.com with the user name and password.

I have already tried : Go to TOOLS > OPTIONS >SECURITY > PASSWORDS tab> SAVED PASSWORDS button and there you can delete old passwords. The next time you "Get Mail" Thunderbird will ask for the password and you can check the box to remember the value." and that did not work.

Diego,

Thanks for the info. But now Thunderbird has stopped asking me for my password.

So I don't know what happened.

Thanks for your help.
