I recently had problems with Classic Theme Restorer, the add-on suggested by Mozilla for restoring the classic theme to Firefox. It was causing problems with the tab bar, so I needed to disable it.

I need some help reproducing the look and function that was produced by the Classic Theme Restorer. Here is an image of how I want Firefox to appear.

Items of note:

Tabs On Bottom (I have already set browser.TabsOnTop Boolean = false, but this seems to have no effect?)

Min Tab Width = 100px

Max Tab Width = 250px

Squared Tabs

Combined Stop/Reload button

Star button in URL bar for bookmarking

Any help at all is very much appreciated!

There is a Classic Theme Restorer support thread over here which is monitored by the developer of that extension. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2827985&start=1530 You can also make suggestions for new or changed features in that thread.

Thank you the-edmeister, I will point out the problems to the developer.

However, I don't think this adequately solves the problem at hand.

I want to know if there is a way to make the changes effected by this extension, without being forced to depend on the extension, which may or may not be kept up to date.
