I cannot connect Firefox to the Internet. I keep getting an error message reading:" profile unavailable or inaccessible.
I've downloaded a new version of Firefox and it has not responded at all. I keep getting a profile inaccessible or unavailable message. I've gone to Mozilla support to apply their fix to this specified problem, but have not had any positive results.
I think the new version may be incompatible with my computer. I have a Windows Vista system and my IE browser works fine. Can you help??

It sounds like you're having trouble with Firefox for Desktop. I'd recommend contacting the Firefox for Desktop support forum here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop; they'll be more knowledgeable and better able to answer your questions than the volunteers here at the Firefox OS forum.
