get rid of "thank you for using Firefox" tab

I want only my "Home" tabs to come up every time I open Firefox and not include the "Thank you for using Firefox" tab I have tried everything.....why did you add this to your browser, I cannot get rid of it. Please help........

Check these settings; Type about:preferences#general<Enter> in the address bar.
