1. I open a CHEFS recipe email within Yahoo. 2. I click on one of the pictures within the email which is a link to another page. A new tab is opened. 3. The link to the tab is: http://e.chefscatalog.com/a/hBR$VCkAC3iJUB80KURNskjYi.AaBMSg28/recipe3. 4. The tab says "recipe3 (GIF Image 2 x 2 pixels)". The page is black except for a white dot in the center. I assume this is the 2 x 2 pixels referred to in the tab. 5. Do I require a new add-on or extension to view the recipe page? I thought I would be able to attach screenshots but apparently not.

Clearly there is a problem with that link. Does the email have the option to view it in another form? Often HTML emails will let you view the message as a web page.

I'm seeing that same image with the link that you provided.

Are you sure that the link is correct and that nothing is missing?

It is also possible that the link only works when you are connected (signed on) to the website or click it in the mail (referrer issue).

Note that you can't attach a screenshot to the first post that starts a thread, but you can do that in subsequent replies.

I can not find a way to open the email as a web page.

Another responder asked if the link is complete. I wondered the same thing but do not know. I can not find a way to contact the website administrators to ask this question. My brother forwards me the emails. Some of the CHEFS/Fine Cooking emails have links I can open and the "eLetters..." emails I can not.

And finally it was suggested this may be a problem when not logged into their website (which I am not).

This is not important enough for me to run this issue to the ground however I want to thank the respondents for their suggestions.
