Hello tanaka_kakuhei,
It seems that your flash player isn't working right. Reinstall the Flash player and contact us further if you still got this problem.
i already reinstall my flash player for several times and i stil get the same problem
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

none of them are useful to me...the problem stil remain the same
Did you try them anyway?
yes i did try all of them but i still cant solve the problem
Did you disable protected mode in the Shockwave Flash plugin?
How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?:
