Mozilla's new CEO donated $1000 to Proposition 8. on his personal blog, he states that he refuses to discuss the issue unless we know him personally.

Well, fine. You don't have to talk to the millions of netizens who find this donation disgusting. We'll just all flee for the exits, and start using Opera or Chrome or any of the many alternatives to your product. After you lose a significant chunk of your business, perhaps you'll feel a bit more talkative and explain yourself to the families you hurt.

Brandon Eich, I'd like to donate some money to dissolve your marriage. I'd like to force you to divorce your wife, and lose custody of any children you might have. That's what you did to all those Californians. Applying the Golden Rule, you should be willing to have what you have done to so many others applied to you. I'm sure your family will be delighted to hear the news.

I have just downloaded the Opera browser. I will uninstall Firefox in a few minutes. Until I hear that you have left Mozilla, I will not again use any of it's products. I will make it a point to advise others to follow my example.

With thousands of people spanning many countries and cultures, diversity is core to Mozilla. Please read more about this on the released statement here: http://mzl.la/1gz0tni

Actions speak louder than words.

You can talk yourself up as the most inclusive place on Earth all you like, but you donated money to destroy the marriages and families of Californians.

This is just Orwellian. You say one thing and you do something entirely different. This is like saying that you are not racist, and then donating money to the KKK.
