Can't see the leaderboard on the Golf.com website, but can with IE.
On the Golf.com website, when clicking on "Leaderboard" no details are displayed. My computer supplier advises that there probably is a problem with the Firefox version I am running. I'm unsure how to check what version of Firefox I have, but the "download" page of Firefox states that "I'm already up to date". There is one other website in NZ "SkySports Virtual Rugby" where I am having the same problem. In both cases I can see the respective leaderboards using IE. Any advice?

You appear to have the secure version prior to the current one installed which is 3.6.17. However, that version will be more than capable of displaying pages correctly.
Try updating Java to the latest version via Windows Control Panel | Java | Update.
Then go to Tools | Add-ons | Extensions and disable the version you have installed at the moment which is 1.6.0_15
You should also update Flash from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ although leaderboards on both sites don't display in a Flash object. The main reason is because the current version you have installed presents a security risk. See http://www.adobe.com/support/security/advisories/apsa11-02.html
If it doesn't fix the problem, try running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.
As can be seen in the screenshot, I don't have a problem with either site.

Make sure that you do not block JavaScript settings and preferences for interactive web pages
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks for your reply. After following your instructions I discovered an Add-on "Adblock Plus 1.3.6" was causing the problem. Not sure where this Add-on came from, but after disabling it the graphics on Golf.com and Skysport NZ were visible. Thanks again.
You're welcome.
You could consider reporting it on the ABP forum @ https://adblockplus.org/forum/
You can also disable it on that site only by clicking the arrow to the right of the button and choosing that option from the menu.
Adblock 1.3.8 was doing it to me.
I am running the new 5.0 of firefox with the version checking disabled since several of my "required" add-on aren't compatible. It is an ad-block problem since disabling for this page brought up the golf scores. I don't remember this happening with 4.0 of Firefox. I hope this is the only problem with 5.0 that affects me. I would have gone back to 4 but I guess I can't so I may go back to 3.xx. Seems strange to have 5 out so soon and with so many add-ons not compatible.
