I just updated to the new version of Firefox, then updated the Adobe flash as suggested by Firefox, but when ever I open Firefox again it says Adobe needs my permission to do something then it says that the GetPlus + (R) has crashed and apparently Adobe never fully updates. Is this a huge problem? If so how do I fix it??

Thanks

Hi Charles, You can just download the direct installer for Flash.

That should get Flash working again (check that it is listed under Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins)

Well Flash won't work if it isn't listed there.

Do YouTube and other Flash sites work?

If not, try running the uninstaller with Firefox closed: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

Then re-run the installer.

After the install of Flash, you need to Restart Firefox, then under Tools > Add-ons > Plugins, look for "Shockwave Flash".
