Letterboxd.com images are too large and zoomed in regardless of my firefox zoom settings

As these screenshots indicate, regardless of my zoom level, only the text and symbols seem to get smaller but the website's layout and images are too zoomed in.

I do not want to clear my history and cache to resolve this issue because it is exclusively a problem with letterboxd.com. The site is fine on other browsers.

Clearing history should not be necessary for most problems. The cache is used to store web page data so that same data does not need to be downloaded time and again. But sometimes it has problems.


Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem,

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Troubleshoot(Safe) mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
