Thanks, Matt. I realized after posting the question that I've been looking at the icons directly above the email. I didn't realize there's another set of icons to the upper right. The "forward" icon here is not grayed out and allows me to forward email. I'm new to Thunderbird, so...

Thanks, Matt. I realized after posting the question that I've been looking at the icons directly above the email. I didn't realize there's another set of icons to the upper right. The "forward" icon here is not grayed out and allows me to forward email. I'm new to Thunderbird, so...
