Lost all bookmarks / sites / settings...

I retired from my workplace and was previously syncing my settings to my workplace email [email protected]. When I got my computer back I had a new user profile and when my I.T. guy and myself signed in (forgot my Firefox pwd) so we reset my pwd and then changed my email to my personal email address [email protected]. Unfortunately after the browser finished syncing none of my saved sites, pwd, bookmarks, etc., came back....help!

When you reset your password, any darlta that was being synced and was not saved to a device would have been lost.
